Elective Limited Diagnostic 3D and 4D Ultrasounds
Welcome to the exciting world of 4D Ultrasound from GE medical systems. This new technology represents the difference between video and still photography. Through this new medical advancement, your baby's three-dimensional image is continuously updated onscreen. This gives you a "live action" view of your baby.
We offer elective scans to those expectant moms who are currently receiving prenatal care and have already undergone their second trimester anatomy ultrasounds. These scans are completed by the same experienced and caring sonographers that perform our complete diagnostic scans.
Elective scans are not covered by insurance; however, we offer a variety of packages at prices beginning at $99.

After your session, and depending on the package you chose, you'll have the opportunity to choose which pictures you would like copies of and in what sizes. You'll be able to purchase duplicate Videos, DVD's or CD ROMS. We will also provide you with two reports with the results of your session... one for you to keep for your baby book and one for you to give to your Doctor.
Tips
For your Ultrasound session, you do not need to have a full bladder, but we do recommend keeping your body hydrated several days before your visit. Water, not soda, gets the best results. Please wear pants or a skirt for your own comfort and modesty.If we can do anything to make your experience with us more enjoyable, please let us know.
Prenatal Diagnostic Ultrasound Services
Becoming Mom offers diagnostic services performed with an order from your healthcare provider for those families desiring to complete their ultrasound in a more comfortable, family friendly environment. We accept many insurance plans; please call us to see if we are a provider for your plan. We ask that you limit guests to one for this session to allow the sonographer to focus on providing the best possible scan of your baby.
These sessions are performed in 2D by our RDMS Sonographers and the results of these ultrasounds are read by our affiliated Perinatologist with a report sent to your provider's office.
If you would like to add a 3D and 4D session immediately following your diagnostic session, where you will receive color 3D images and a video of your session, we can offer a significant savings v. our regularly priced elective ultrasound packages (see "Pricing" tab above for details). Additional family and friends are welcome to join you for this extra session. In addition, patients who complete their diagnostic ultrasound with us will receive a coupon for a discount on a return visit for an elective 3D and 4D ultrasound.
